$ASPI said Tetra4 signed its first take-or-pay liquid helium supply contract for the Virginia Gas Project in South Africa. The 5-year deal is priced above $600/MCF and covers ~15% of Phase 1 helium capacity. Phase 1 is expected to produce 70 MCF/day of helium and ~2,500 GJ/day of LNG, with commercial production targeted for Q3 2026.
