  DA Davidson out this morning with a $155 PT on Belden $BDC , citing the RUCKUS acquisition as well: "We are initiating coverage of BDC with a ‘BUY’ rating and a $155 price target, which reflects roughly 11x our pro forma CY27 adj. EBITDA forecast of $730M. We see BDC as well positioned to benefit from industrial reshoring and recapitalization, increasing automation investment, IT/OT convergence, and rising networking demands. While elevated leverage near term presents a headwind, BDC appears poised to execute on its $11 EPS goal for 2028 led by the pending Ruckus acquisition. Aided by increasing margins and earnings power, BDC should also see multiple expansion narrow the gap with key peers."
