  NO QUANTUM COMPUTER CAN BREAK BITCOIN YET. BTQ SAYS ITS DEFENSE IS ALREADY LIVE. BTQ Technologies $BTQ says it launched Bitcoin Quantum, a live post-quantum network built on Bitcoin's architecture, and shipped the first working implementation of BIP 360, the proposal for adding quantum-resistant signatures to Bitcoin. The company also says it finished the design of a QCIM security chip with ICTK, ran validation work with Taiwan's ITRI, and acquired QPerfect, whose MIMIQ software is targeting a neutral-atom system of more than 400 qubits with the University of Strasbourg.

  BTQ TECHNOLOGIES $BTQ ADDED FORMER SAMSUNG KNOX SECURITY LEAD EARLIER THIS MONTH Dr. Michael Grace joined BTQ's US team on August 18 to work on product security and commercialization of its Quantum Compute-in-Memory architecture for post-quantum cryptography. He previously led Samsung Mobile's Knox Security Team, defining the security architecture behind Samsung Knox, Pay and Pass, and was Director of Product Security at Mojo Vision.
