  Morgan Stanley Upgrades $CDW to Overweight, Raises PT to $170 from $142 Analyst comments: "Our upgrade to Overweight is driven by four key factors: (1) CDW has been the clear laggard of the group, though we believe the 'IT disruption' thesis is overstated and positive estimate revisions and a return to operating leverage in 2H26 should dispel this concern; (2) over 20% of CDW’s revenue comes from servers, storage, and networking, where demand trends are stronger than we previously modeled; (3) the company is sounding constructive, recently pointing to double-digit EPS growth ahead of consensus, leadership is buying stock in the open market, and the company announced an incremental $1 billion buyback authorization in late May, representing upside to official guidance; and (4) shares are trading at a material discount to historical levels. Our new $170 price target implies 14x our new CY27 EPS estimate of $12.15, which is 4% above Street estimates." Analyst: Erik Woodring
