$IBM got destroyed, down 25% after earnings today, yet I'm still seeing a lot of strength across selective software and cybersecurity names. Cybersecurity: $CRWD $PANW $FTNT $RBRK $NET Data Layer: $SNOW $RDDT AI Voice: $TWLO $BAND $FIVN Observability: $DDOG $FROG $MDB $SNOW $RDDT $TWLO $FROG continue to stand out with impressive relative strength. I think it's better to focus on software names closer to the AI data layer than traditional SaaS.

Needham Raises $MDB PT to $430 from $400 - Buy Analyst comments: "We spoke with MongoDB this week to address the No. 1 client question we receive: 'Where is the AI tailwind, and when will AI benefit the model?' The point is understandable, as investors have grouped Snowflake, Datadog, and MongoDB as the premier consumption-based infrastructure software vendors, with Snowflake and Datadog already inflecting higher, thanks in part to AI spending. However, we believe this is an unfair comparison. Each of these companies participates at different layers of the stack, with different monetization models. For MongoDB, we highlight that: (1) the company will need external-facing applications to achieve mass scale, and these applications have a higher set of standards before moving to production; and (2) the company has multiple irons in the fire to encourage adoption. We remain Buy-rated and raise our price target to $430." Analyst: Mike Cikos
