  Stifel on $MXL (Buy, PT $120) Analyst comments: "Following a fireside chat with management, our key takeaway is that Infrastructure growth is being driven by higher content and share gains, not just end-market growth. Infrastructure has now crossed 50% of revenue. Management highlighted a significant increase in optical content per port, with ASPs rising from roughly $20-$35 at 400G to $80-$100 at 1.6T. The TIA alone is increasing to roughly $18-$22 from historically single-digit levels. LPO, LRO, CPO, and NPO are also expected to increase MaxLinear’s content per port. Management reiterated that its newest 1.6T DSP is fabricated at Samsung, which we view as a genuine supply differentiator in a constrained leading-edge environment and a potentially underappreciated driver of 1.6T market share. Management sees more than $1B in data center and optical revenue over the next couple of years. Overall, Infrastructure should be accretive to MXL as content and share continue to expand."
