  $NVCT licensed ex-China rights to two clinical-stage Haisco assets: NXP100 and NXP200. Haisco receives up to $40M upfront/near-term payments and up to $1.421B in milestones plus royalties. NXP100 is late-stage in China for PNH, with 2 MAAs under NMPA review. In Phase 3, 59.5% of treatment-naive PNH patients reached Hb ≥12 g/dL without transfusion vs. 8.3% for eculizumab. NXP200 is a brain-penetrant BRAF inhibitor that showed >40% response in adult glioma in dose escalation. Deal is subject to NVCT meeting financing conditions.
