  I explained my thoughts about software 2+ weeks ago. There are almost always footprints left by institutions if you're willing to slow down and look for them. This is exactly what I was watching at the end of last month when software started slowly showing relative strength before most people noticed the rotation. You don't have to overcomplicate it! Just follow the LEADERS. The strongest names almost always point you toward the next winning group long before the crowd catches up. Chart: $IGV, $CRWD, $OKTA, $PANW.

  Cantor Fitzgerald Reiterates Overweight Rating on $OKTA, PT $125 Analyst comments: "Revenue beat consensus by 1.7%, up from 1.1% in F1Q26. cRPO growth of 12% y/y came in ahead of consensus and is the metric we are focused on given the professional services mix shift to GSIs. Large enterprise momentum and new product attach were key drivers. Customers with >$100K ACV grew 6% y/y to 5,180 and now represent 85% of ACV. The broader new product portfolio accounted for ~25% of Q1 bookings, with Okta Identity Governance serving as the largest contributor. Agentic identity is a key opportunity heading into the back half of FY27. Okta for AI Agents and Auth0 for AI Agents did not materially contribute to Q1 and are only modestly embedded in guidance. Management described the AI agent pipeline as larger than anything previously seen, and commentary on the call suggests the opportunity may be developing faster than the prior FY28/FY29 timeline implied."
