$RGNX says the FDA agreed no additional patients or studies are needed for its NAVSUNLI BLA resubmission for MPS II / Hunter syndrome. The FDA said existing clinical data is sufficient for accelerated approval review and no untreated control arm is required. Regenxbio expects a Type A meeting in July and plans to resubmit the BLA in Q3 2026.
