  Needham Upgrades $SILC to Buy from Hold, PT $60 Analyst comments: "SILC announced on June 30 material progress with one of its new AI inference customers, noting that its product had passed qualification and initial production orders were received. Accelerating the company’s initial timeline, the order increases expectations that inference revenues will now total multiple millions of dollars in 2026 and could reach tens of millions of dollars in 2027. In our recent research, we expressed increased optimism on both revenue growth from design wins earned in 2025 and prior, and now we see an acceleration of a fast-emerging inference infrastructure build opportunity poised to benefit SILC. Tier 1 design wins in inference, cybersecurity, and post-quantum cryptography now appear to add meaningful upside to our estimates and acceleration of a return to breakeven.
