  BofA Securities Downgrades $STUB to Underperform from Neutral, Lowers PT to $7.50 from $11 Analyst comments: "Given pressure on 2H volumes implied in the outlook (despite a constructive 2H concert outlook from Live Nation), regulatory uncertainty, and challenging 1H’27 comps (we are below Street on 2027 EBITDA at $499mn, though Street estimates may change), we think the stock price will reflect lower growth expectations. For valuation, given that we are not able to track open distribution sales or profits, we are changing our valuation methodology from a sum-of-parts basis to total EBITDA. We apply a 7.8x multiple on 2027 EBITDA, less net debt, and lower our PO to $7.50 from $11.00. We think a discount to our blended Gig Economy/Entertainment comp sector multiple at 13x is warranted, as the high end of StubHub’s 2H GMS outlook suggests ~4% 2H growth. Pressure on 3Q volumes could be a short-term World Cup-related substitution impact, and volume growth could accelerate over the next few months (NFL season starts soon). Additionally, DI or Advertising initiatives (which have underperformed expectations) could start to gain traction, driving optimism on 2027 upside. Finally, strong FCF conversion could support a higher multiple on EBITDA." Analyst: Justin Post
