THE $NVDA VERA RUBIN SUPPLY CHAIN BREAKDOWN Nvidia’s Vera Rubin is ramping into full-scale production and reshaping the AI rack bill of materials in three major ways: more HBM per rack, a shift from pluggable to co-packaged optics and the move to 800VDC power. Here are the companies positioned to capture each transition: Memory Storage (content-per-rack story) • $MU, $SNDK, $SKHY and Samsung sit at the memory and storage layer as next-gen AI systems require more bandwidth, more capacity and faster data access. Advanced Packaging (bottleneck that gates everything) • Foundry / packaging: $TSM, $AMKR, $INTC • Packaging equipment: $AMAT, $LRCX, $KLAC, $ASML • Test / validation: $TER, $AEHR • Substrates / materials: $TTMI Optical Communication (CPO transition) • Optical modules: $COHR, $LITE, $AAOI • CPO / switching chips: $AVGO, $NVDA, $MRVL • High-speed connectivity: $CRDO, $ALAB • Fiber / networking: $GLW, $NOK, $CSCO, $ANET • Silicon photonics / packaging: $TSM, $GFS, $TSEM 800VDC Power Supply (architecture shift) • Wide-bandgap semis: $STM, $ON, $NVTS, $POWI, $WOLF • Power management / hardened devices: $MPWR, $ADI, $TXN, $AOSL, $VICR, $MCHP • Motherboard / connector / power module: $FLEX, $APH, $TEL • Infrastructure / power delivery: $VRT, $ETN, $GEV Compute System (integrators) • $DELL, $HPE, $SMCI provide the system-level integration layer that turns all of these components into deployable AI infrastructure.

$TSEM is planning a $3B Japan expansion to boost 300mm silicon photonics, silicon germanium, and advanced packaging capacity. Japan will provide $1B in grants to support the project. First phase: repurpose the Arai facility and expand Fab 7 output, with production readiness expected in Q4 2027. Tower also updated its 2028 model to target $3.6B revenue and $1.2B net profit.

My current view on the market: Software is where I think the new leaders will emerge. Many are currently breaking out of massive Stage 1 bases after months of institutional accumulation. Semis are the existing leaders that just went through a much-needed reset before starting their next leg higher. Don’t get confused by day-to-day price action. IMO, it’s better to have exposure to both rather than trying to pick one side. That’s one of the reasons I currently have roughly 40% in Semis + 40% in Software. Few Semi/Hardware names setting up for the next leg higher: $CLS - Trying to break the downtrend here while reclaiming all KMA's backed by Strong Earnings $TSEM - One of the few optics names that held the pullback and brokeout of downtrend and looks very strong! $AAOI - multiple inside days and if we get a close above ATH's VWAP at $150, we have room towards $200 $CRDO - one more AI connectivity name with Strong RS and ready to make new ATH's

Semiconductor names have gone through one of the biggest resets in this correction. The majority of these names are now testing their 200-day moving averages while continuing to post strong earnings beats and, in many cases, raised guidance. Technically, the charts are still damaged and will need time to repair. But the important thing is that many are holding their 200-day moving averages which is a very important level. Fundamentally, If you look at EPS growth estimates over the next 2-3 years, semiconductor names still have some of the strongest growth in the market and remain the biggest beneficiaries of the AI infrastructure boom. $NVDA $AVGO $FORM $CLS $CRDO $ALAB $COHR $LITE $COHR $MRVL $LRCX $AMD $TSM $BE $MU $SNDK $DRAM $VSH $TSEM $VICR $ANET $APH $GLW $DELL $HPQ

Optics are back. $LITE - Broke out of the downtrend and looks ready to challenge new ATHs. $AAOI - Reclaimed the ATH VWAP, which could kick off the next uptrend. $COHR - Setting up a nice flag after strong earnings. $TSEM - Broke out of the downtrend and continues to show RS. https://t.co/CWUER5DCAQ
