Unity remains a strategically important platform at the center of real-time 3D creation and mobile game monetization, with fundamentals meaningfully improved following its post-2023 portfolio reset. We see several attractive characteristics underpinning the business today: 1) Unity’s engine remains deeply embedded across mobile, indie, mid-tier, and emerging cross-platform game development, supporting a durable, subscription-led Create revenue base; 2) the successful migration of the Unity Ad Network to Vector represents a credible stabilization and modernization of Grow, positioning the business for renewed performance competitiveness and incremental margin leverage; and 3) longer-dated opportunities across cross-platform gaming, in-app commerce, and Industry subscriptions provide incremental upside optionality over time.
