  FED PLANS TO RAISE 🇺🇸 BANK OVERSIGHT THRESHOLDS The Fed is working on a proposal that could raise its highest enhanced-oversight threshold from $700B to around $960B and move some additional requirements currently triggered near $100B closer to $150B, per Reuters. The changes could give banks including $USB, $COF, $PNC and $TFC more room to grow before facing tougher capital, liquidity and reporting requirements, while potentially unlocking more regional-bank M&A.
