$IGV - Software has been consolidating inside a massive 2.5-year base. We’re already starting to see new leadership emerge with names like $PLTR, $MSFT and $NOW. But I don’t think it stops there. I think a lot of the next market leaders could come from Software. $NOW $WDAY $TEAM $CRM $ABNB $RBLX $RDDT $DASH $TTWO $SE $UBER $MDB $MELI $ADBE $RNG $SHOP $PLTR $SNOW $ORCL $CART $FIVN $TWLO $DDOG $NET $ZM $ZS $FROG $NAVN $DOCN $PANW $FTNT $CRWD $RBRK $APP

Software names continue to show exceptional relative strength. $PLTR $NOW $WDAY $CRM have started their Stage 2 uptrends with massive PEG candles backed by institutional volume. I don’t think this move is done. $IGV has been building a massive base for nearly 2.5 years. There will be pullbacks along the way, but I believe there’s much more ahead for the leaders in Software.

$QQQ has done nothing but consolidate for the past 3-4 months. War. Higher yields. Fed rate hike. Plenty of reasons to break down - yet it hasn’t. Weekly 21 EMA continues to hold while price tightens inside the base. These past few months were the time to study and accumulate strong leaders across software, semis, crypto and other major themes. The timeline is filled with short-term noise most of the time. Zoom out often and understand the bigger trend and where we are heading. Consolidation isn’t wasted time. It’s where the next group of leaders gets built. $RBRK $NOW $PLTR $SNOW $SMTC $AMD $MRVL $NVDA $MU $NBIS $TEM $ANET $BE $INTC $SPCX $U $META $GOOGL $MSFT $WDAY $MDB $ZS $FROG $TEAM $TWLO $HPE $COHU $CBRS $VICR $P $HOOD $CRCL $IBIT $ETHA

Software names pulling back today - wasn’t expecting it this quickly! $NOW - ATH VWAP backtest + 9-day EMA test. $PLTR - Looks like it’s going for a retest of the recent base breakout. I was wondering if there was any news behind today's move, but technically still looks fine to me. $WDAY - Holding up pretty solid. $CRM - Consolidating in a flat base. I still believe Software is one of the leadership groups that has emerged recently, alongside Crypto and Biotech. As long as $IGV holds above the 200-day SMA and continues building higher highs and higher lows, I’ll continue looking for opportunities in the strongest Software names. On the other hand, Semis have been through a nasty pullback and could be due for a rally. $NVDA continues to look like the strongest name in the Semi group to me.
